Our team consists of like-minded individuals who have a knack for organization and numbers. As bookkeepers, we wear many hats – from administrative work to number-crunching and tax filings, to detective skills and problem-solving puzzles. We’re a bunch of nerds that love to figure out the why and implement the how. We garner great satisfaction when we complete a process or cycle, and especially so when we solve a puzzle that has had our clients stumped.
We strive to provide an ideal working environment for our staff. We value and respect everyone’s time and efforts and implement work policies that prioritize personal time and well-being. We offer fully remote services so that our employees can spend what would be commuting time in the gym, with their families, on their hobbies, or doing whatever it is they want to do – instead of spending 2-3 hours per day in gridlock. We offer the maximum flexibility when it comes to scheduling – they are free to work at times that are convenient to them, provided deadlines are met, the work is to KTM Bookkeeping Inc. standards, and that all communications are strictly during regular office hours. We offer a 4-day work week in our off-season and are pushing for this to be the norm. We want everyone – staff and clients – to prioritize living their lives. Afterall, we only have one live to live and it should be a happy and enjoyable one!
